Terms of Use

Your use of Check'd is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the additional terms below.

1. Agreement

By downloading or using Check'd, you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Standard EULA.

2. Purpose

Check'd is a personal routine-verification tool. It helps you record whether you checked everyday routines. It does not physically inspect, secure, monitor, or control doors, appliances, medication, or other real-world items.

3. Your responsibility

You remain responsible for your safety, property, medication decisions, and real-world actions. A checkmark, timestamp, image, reminder, widget, or location alert is informational and may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. Do not rely on Check'd as an emergency, medical, security, fire-safety, or life-safety system.

4. Notifications and location alerts

Notifications and region-monitoring events are controlled partly by iOS and may not always arrive, arrive on time, or operate in every condition. Do not rely on them as the only way to prevent harm or remember an important action.

5. Check'd+ purchases

Subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed by Apple. Subscription pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and account management are governed by the App Store and your Apple account settings.

6. Acceptable use

You may use Check'd for lawful personal purposes. You may not reverse engineer, misuse, disrupt, resell, or use the app in a way that violates law, Apple’s rules, or the rights of others, except where law expressly permits otherwise.

7. Availability

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every device or iOS version.

8. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Check'd is provided “as is” and “as available.” Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on an unchecked, checked, missed, delayed, reset, or unavailable routine status.
